PLACING AN ORDER

Postage and packaging

All rosettes are sent using Royal Mail standard parcel delivery (which takes three to five working days).

A certificate of postage will be obtained on dispatch. After this point the order is the responsibility of the recipient. If you need the deliver to be insured or sent by special delivery please advise at time of order.

Orders up to 70 rosettes £8.00
Orders up to 125 rosettes £11.00
Orders up to 200 rosettes £14.00
Orders up to 300 rosettes £17.00
Orders up to 400 rosettes £20.00
Orders up to 500 rosettes £23.00

Orders over this quantity will be priced on application. Should you wish your delivery to be guaranteed for the next day we can arrange this and will charge the relevant extra cost.

If payment is not received two weeks prior to despatch then you will be charged for a first class delivery service.

Hand delivery is available and will be charged at 40p per mile. Please note that deliveries will be made evenings and weekends.


Additional pricing and services

Printing on tails

Printing on tails is available for 24mm and 37mm ribbon. There is a setting charge of £1.00 for one line of text and £2.00 for two lines of text. 20p charge is then made per tail printed.
If you require printing on a rosette which comes using 24mm tails and want 37mm ribbon an additional supplement of 10p is added.


Personalised ribbon

We print to order so you can design your own ribbon in widths of 24mm, 36mm, 48mm or 72mm using standard cut edge or woven edge ribbon, but there is a minimum order quantity. Please call for details.

Fixing

All rosettes come with a free fixing of a bridle clip, brooch pin or safety pin so please specify when ordering. Bridle clips are used as standard.

Printing on centre board

Our centre boards are 50mm wide for all rosettes and 68mm boards can be used at a supplement of 10p per rosette. The centre boards can be printed with text around the outside of the board and a placing or motif in the centre. Some motifs can be included with a placing depending on the sizes. (Click here to see the motifs).

To have text printed on the outside of the centre board incurs a £1.50 setting charge per order. All changes to the centre of the centreboard incurs a 50p charge. E.g. ordering 60 rosettes in total with 10 in each placing from 1 st to 6 th with Champions Show on the outside will cost £1.50 for the outside print and £3.00 for the centre prints.

Printing your own logo and motif

Should you possess your own logo or motif and have a printing block already made we can print this onto the centreboards. There will be a one off charge of £5.00 and a cost per order of £2.00.

If you do not have a printing block already made we can get them made for you. This incurs costs for artwork charges and production and therefore incurs a one of cost of £25.00 and a cost per order of £2.00.
