PLACING AN ORDEr

Orders can be placed by email or phone. Please ensure you specify:-

Invoices will be sent via email with a receipted invoice in with your order. Our invoice will show payment details by cheque or bank transfer.

Postage and packaging

All packages up to 2KG are sent using Royal Mail standard parcel delivery (which takes three to five working days).

A certificate of postage will be obtained on dispatch. After this point the order is the responsibility of the recipient. If you need the delivery to be insured, or sent by 1st class or special delivery please advise at time of order. The extra relevant cost will be added to the invoice.

Orders up to 75 rosettes £8.00
Orders up to 150 rosettes £11.00
Orders up to 300 rosettes £13.00
Orders up to 500 rosettes £15.00
Orders over 500 rosettes £18.00
Orders with less than 2 weeks notice are sent using a next day courier service (min charge). £13.00

Orders over this quantity will be priced on application. Should you wish your delivery to be guaranteed for the next day we can arrange this and will charge the relevant extra cost.

Hand delivery is available and will be charged at 50p per mile. Please note that deliveries will be made at evenings and weekends.

Free delivery within a 10 mile radius. Collection is available evenings and weekends at our discretion.

Tail Printing

Tail printing costs 20p per printed tail. We can print on 25mm or 38mm tails. If over 100 tails are to be printed with the same text, tail print will reduce to 15p each.

Fixing

All rosettes come with a free fixing of a bridle clip, brooch pin or safety pin so please specify when ordering. Bridle clips are used as standard. We do offer cotton tapes but these are subject to a supplement of 5p per rosette.

Printing on centreboard

The centreboards can be printed with text around the outside of the board and a placing or motif in the centre. This can be done on 50mm, 58mm or 68mm boards.

Printing your own logo and motif

Should you possess your own logo or motif and have a printing block already made we may be able to print this onto the centreboards.

If you do not have a printing block already made we can get them made for you. This incurs costs for artwork charges and production and therefore incurs a one off cost generally in the region of £10.00 to £15.00. This block can be reused for subsequent orders at no extra charge. Please note that there are two different size centreboards and if you order two ranges using different sized boards, two printing blocks will need to be purchased.
